The service
Backyard Maps provides Google Business Profile management for home-service contractors. That includes work like profile optimization, photos, posts, review requests and rank reporting. The exact scope for your business is set in the agreement you sign with us.
Billing
The service is billed monthly, as set out in your signed agreement. The agreement controls the price, the start date and the initial term.
Our guarantee
Our guarantee: we pick 3 target keywords together when you start. If your average rank hasn't improved on at least one of them by day 90, we refund your first 90 days in full. Just ask in writing within 14 days. We can't promise a specific spot on Google. Nobody honest can. We can promise the work and the refund.
No guaranteed ranking
Google decides how businesses rank, and it changes how it does that without notice. We don't control Google, so we don't guarantee any specific ranking, number of calls or amount of revenue. The guarantee above is the only promise we make about results.
Your part
The work goes faster when we have what we need. You agree to give us manager access to your Google Business Profile and to share accurate information about your business.
Cancellation
You can cancel as described in your signed agreement.

Our free audit and rank check are provided as-is, for information only. Results reflect a single search at a single moment and can differ from what you see on your own phone.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
If anything conflicts
If these terms and your signed agreement say different things, the signed agreement wins.
